Before texting or emailing clients be sure that they have opted in to these modes of communication.

Benefits of Text & Email Sequences:

  • Having automatic text and email sequences ensures you have adequate points of contact to get new clients the information they need to commit to your business.
  • If you don’t have support staff or have limited support staff, text and email sequences can help educate new clients.

Things to keep in mind:

  • A 2-week new client special or intro offer is ideal. It gives clients enoughtime to experience different class types and instructors, and yourbusiness enough time to build rapport and show value. We do notsuggest having a 30 day new client special as engagement can fall offbefore they commit.
  • Depending on your software there are different platforms to set up textand email: Loopspark, Mailchimp, Skipio

CLIENT JOURNEY #2

Client creates an account + Purchase Intro Offer BUT No Bookings

Day 1 Email: Thank You for your purchase, let's get you booked and ready to come in!

Day 3 Text: If no purchase has been made, check-in on them and send a link to intro offer/new client specials

Day 5 Email: If no purchase has been made, check-in again, send them more info about services and links to intro offer/new client specials

Day 7 Email: If no purchase has been made, check-in again, share client testimonials and links to intro offer/new client specials

CLIENT JOURNEY #2

Client creates an account + Purchase Intro Offer BUT No Bookings

Day 1 Email: Thank You for your purchase, let's get you booked and ready to come in!

Day 3 Text: Intro offer purchased but no bookings, ask client when is a good time to book them into class

Day 7 Email: If still no bookings, send over a detailed breakdown of classes offered to help them ID the best option for them.

Continue to follow-up with clients every 7 days until they are booked for class or given further assistance.

Day 1 Text: We can't wait to meet you! Here's what to expect ...

24 Hour Reminder: Remind them about their upcoming first class.
