Membership Freeze Form

Utilizing a “Membership Freeze/Hold” form allows your business to track and process requests effectively.

• Your business can plan for lost revenue
• Having a process in place illustrates to your clients that your business wants to support them
• Ensures your clients understand and agree to your policies

• It’s most effective to require that requests are submitted at least 7 days in advance
• Freezes/Holds should ideally only be allowed a set amount of times to ensure your business can have consistent recurring revenue
• If Freezes/Holds are needed outside of the set amount, a fee can be put in place
• Clients should be required to fill the form out so they agree to the terms of your Freeze/Hold policy
• Depending on your software, Freezes/Holds may need to be processed within a set timeline
• Freezes/Holds may change a client's billing date
• Set a reminder to contact clients when they come off of their Freeze/Hold so you can get them booked for classes
